INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Therapy can be a space to deepen our relationship with ourselves and with others, with the support of a thoughtful guide and collaborator. In my work, I aim to create a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness and explore patterns in their behaviors, relationships, and personal narratives.

My approach is integrative but rooted in a relational framework. I draw from attachment theory, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients explore experiences and beliefs that may be shaping current challenges. My style is warm, authentic, engaged, and collaborative.

CHILDREN & TEEN THERAPY

Childhood and adolescence are important developmental periods that can also bring very real emotional and social challenges. I work with children and teens who may be experiencing anxiety, social difficulties, low self-esteem, family transitions, academic and athletic stress, or challenges navigating friendships and identity.

My approach with young clients is warm, authentic, collaborative, and developmentally attuned. I help children and teens better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping and communication skills.

When working with younger clients, I also collaborate with parents to support the child’s emotional growth and strengthen family communication.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Healthy relationships require attunement, communication, and a willingness to work together. Over time, many couples develop relational habits and patterns that can lead to conflict, distance, and a lack of intention in the relationship. In our work together, I help partners slow down and explore these patterns so they can better understand one another and reconnect.

Using the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), along with elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based perspectives, I help couples address challenging topics such as trust, intimacy, communication, and repair in a safe and productive way.

My goal is to help couples rebuild a sense of safety, increase understanding and compassion, and bring greater intention, connection, and overall enjoyment back into the relationship.
