About

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in creative and entrepreneurial fields, including visual art and fashion, and spent many years working closely with children and families. These experiences deepened my understanding of people, relationships, and the many transitions individuals and families navigate throughout life.

I work with children, teens, individuals, and couples, supporting clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, career stress, parenting challenges, communication difficulties, and issues related to relational trust and intimacy. My style is warm, compassionate, candid, and collaborative. My therapeutic approach is integrative, rooted in a relational and attachment-based framework.

I am a Level 1 PACT-trained couples therapist and also draw from attachment, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches in my work. In therapy, I help clients explore and process experiences and patterns that may be holding them back. My goal is to offer a thoughtful and supportive environment where clients can gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater authenticity, connection, and overall well-being.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, I have a background in visual art and music.

I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University and completed my clinical training at Counseling West. My approach is mindful, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirmative.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
